Working as a skilled professional in Germany

To apply as a skilled worker from a non-European country, there are clear regulations for labor migration:

✓ A recognized qualified education in the desired profession from your home country

✓ At least 2 years of work experience

✓ A language certificate in German or English

German Language skills are important!

Even if not always legally required, most employers prefer candidates with German language skills. Employment contracts are typically written in German, and communication with authorities is usually conducted in German as well. We strongly recommend that all applicants participate in language courses to improve their chances of success.

What our candidates say

Joshua was the first candidate, whom we brought to Germany in 2023. He now works at the Living Hotel “Das Viktualienmarkt” in the heart of Munich.

Daniella came to Berlin from Namibia in October. Back home, she had already worked in a hotel for several years. She wants to gain experience in Germany and later apply her newly acquired knowledge in her home country.
