Jobscooter GmbH is a recruitment agency specializing in placing skilled professionals, with a particular focus on the hospitality and catering sectors. Our primary activities include analyzing company staffing requirements and sourcing suitable candidates accordingly. We are distinguished by our professional expertise and reliability.
By registering and submitting your application documents, you will be included in our database. The purpose of our database is to identify the greatest possible match between employers’ and applicants’ respective interests, thereby facilitating contact between both parties.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data
By registering, you grant Jobscooter GmbH consent to collect and store your personal data and other provided information in our database.
The personal data stored along with your job application documents (such as CV, certificates, cover letter, etc.) include, among other details: name, address, telephone number, mobile number, email address, photograph, gender, nationality, date of birth, marital status, education, additional qualifications, and language skills. As Jobscooter GmbH aims to support you throughout your ongoing career planning, your data will be stored even after the completion of the application process. This enables us to contact you regarding suitable job opportunities in the future. By registering, you consent to the inclusion of your personal data in our database and its storage until such consent is revoked.

The necessity of this data transfer is determined by the agreed-upon professional profile, including job role and competencies.
Our clients are contractually obligated to maintain strict confidentiality of all provided data. Additionally, clients must either return or delete the documents of unsuccessful applicants upon completion of the selection process.
Processing and Deletion of Your Data
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored concerning you, including details regarding the source of the data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed, and the purpose of data storage. Additionally, you have the right to request rectification if incorrect data has been stored.
